DLC not work at 100%

I bought the deluxe but I can't change the look of Fei and the home screen (I can only change it in the halloween version).
I can also change the appearance of Phyton.
Specifically the other version of Fei and the scenarios do not appear in the menu, does anyone know how to help me?

Make sure you have the dlc set to be installed. Right game > properties > dlc. Also the extra scenarios cannot be played until you complete the story, as it says on the dlc store page.

But the "Fei skin" and the "home screen * 3" is for fundraising commodities. ()

The Extra Mode Pack content is main for challenge maps:
