Mondo is kind of fools gold without the ability to put him in the bullpen, it takes years for him to develop into a useable starter unless you get lucky and until then he’s just taking a rotation spot.
The bullpen is great but most of them are old so by the time the team is ready to win something their abilities are degrading, same with Kerwin Arches who is mostly a bridge ace. The only player who is definitely not going anywhere is Marsha Brown.
With the cats you face the immediate question of sucking for a few seasons as you develop their talent or sell the farm to load up on free agents.
Unfortunately in this game that decision is much easier. A third base defensive specialist with noodle arm is just stupid, and beebee has a trait (I think meltdown?) that makes her pretty much useless. The only young players to focus on now are Mondo and Super Sampson. They also made the bullpen worse with the extra roster spot.
