yes please, fun game and this would be a great enhancement
** update: I found if I disable nvidia surround, play the game on 1920x1080, then re-enable surround it works by putting the game on the center screen. A decent workaround.
Same with the various grenades, they could have been unlocked one at a time to give more breathing room to try them out. It makes sense why you get them (and it would make no sense to ex-filtrate with 1 grenade and get to take them on every mission forever) but some ramp would be good.
Operative phrase there is "it would be cool," because I don't know if it is cool. Could very well clash with your design ideologies, and that's fine.
· Free Mode - a mode that clears quickly regardless of whether caught or killed
· No Kill, Undiscovered Mode - a mode in which non-lethal weapons come out primarily, and when killed or discovered, game over (except stage missions that kill all enemy forces)
I hope it comes out like this much.
Also for brevity, some missions display the objective on the UI without having to pause "Eg. neutralize your assailants" on one particular mission, why not display it on every map and let the user toggle it on the options if they want it hidden or not? It's a ridiculous design decision on the dev's part.
Did you find that the gamepad support now is adequate? I've had trouble firing the guns when using an Xbox controller- the button it's mapped to doesn't fire it, only the mouse does still. Gamepad works for everything else though.
* Auto-Reload as an option: If you bottom out your mag, have an auto reload kick in. Nearly every shooter out there does it, so why not?
* Remove Autosave limit: but also lock it to using one slot. Don't cut down our saves for saves you make automatically even in hideout! And yes, I saw that happening.
* Float-Point Zoom: Why must it be -2, -1, 0, 1 and 2? Why can't it be 175% or -0.5?
* Zoom Keys: Just allow us to zoom in and out with Numpad + and Numpad -. Simple enough?
* Have a dedicated Carry button button: We have one to finish off the guys, then why not one to carry them, instead of accidentally picking their dropped weapon?
PS: One more thing:
* Add a confirmation to the "Play Again". I've hit by accident THRICE by now.
- Custom difficulty option for how much ammo you can carry, let me unleash my inner packrat and unload every gun and collect every ammo pack on the map.
- Use bandage to replenish medkit when partially depleted.
- Enemy reaction upon witnessing or receiving friendly fire. I saw a goon dump a mag down an alleyway straight into a group of his friends (I was nowhere near), killing and injuring several. They didn't seem to care at all. Depending on enemy expertise there could be different reactions.
- Some way to view which keys/keycards I am currently holding.
Wait, 21:9 is not supported? The game runs in 3440x1440, so it's just broken all around?
