Those are the only effects I've noticed. Oh, and the ending text is slightly different, too, once you beat the game.
the ending text doesn't depend on whether the Baker was spared or not, it depends on how many people (enemies are people too) you've killed throughout the game, excluding the characters that are killed during cutscenes without any choice for the player :)
Oh. Are there different tiers of ending text? (Ex. Kill nobody, kill only a few people, kill a bunch of people, kill literally everyone on each level)
