the source is vroid beta, so you could download vroid beta 0.14 from their homepage and export every texture youre interested in.

if you use clip studio paint you can simply use the "turn opacity in transparency" option to create shadow overlays from them. otherwise you can use blendmodes like overlay, multiply and such to blend wrinkles into your textures.
the reason for their change was the clear distinction between male and female models in the beta version (in this case a clear chest shadow for boobs or not), and switching that to a more genderneutral approach in vroid stable, now clothes are all the same no matter what your model is based in.
