Performance issues with the pose and animations.

For some reason, all the new releases after the beta version, all the animations (in the section of Pose & animations) are extremely low in frames.
I have the beta installed also, and animations go smooth 60 fps fixed.
But with the newer versions, it goes like 5 fps or even less.

I have an i7 10700, 16gb of ram and a 3060 with the software installed in a 970Evo Plus and the software running with the animations consume like 7% of the CPU and even less of GPU.
Is there anyway to fix this?

I've had a similar issue since the move from Beta, I get probably less than 20 fps. A way around this kinda I found if its really lagging, is to go to photo mode pick a pose, then go to Post Processing click something like Comic and the fps go up, you can toggle it off and its should keep the fps.

It works for me anyway. Sorry if it doesn't for you, I will add I doubt its your PC its just some strange glitch it has.

That actually works a little. Not perfect neither the best solution, but somehow it works.

Also, another thing that i found is that performance issue is more related with the hair. If you remove the hair from your model you'll have full 60 fps in the Pose & Animation option.
Clothing also does affect it, specially the more layers you have, but not that much.
