elf/pointy ears?

Im trying to give my vroid model pointy elf ears, however all the tutorials online are for the older version of vroid and I can't seem to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated!

Also alternatively if you are bring this character into blender or unity(somehow....trying to figure that out myself...) you could just shape the ear easily there and resave it.
