how do I extract the textures from the material in the stable version?
I have a workflow of vroid to blender/cats to unity for use in VRC (because uniVRM wasn't making my visemes work correctly) but now I have to manually re-add the textures in unity. except I can't find the textures for the materials or a guide on how to extract them anywhere for the stable version. there's no folder anymore, and guides on extracting individual clothing textures are all for the beta. help?

I don't know if this is exactly what you're looking for, since I'm very new to the program, but to extract textures in VRoid Studio 1.2, you do the following:

1. Select the thing that you want to export the texture from.
2. Press the "Edit Texture" button under "Customise" in the right bar.
3. Right-click an individual layer in the left bar that you want to export and select "Export"
4. Choose where you want to save it.
5. Repeat for any other layers you want.

in case no one gives a simpler answer and this becomes an abandoned question, I did find a cumbersome workaround:
1. open the model in blender
2. go to uv editing, and click on "image > open"
3. go to the file path located in appdata/local/etc and copy the textures out of there.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.
