You can always play the two of you without needing a 3rd player.
why there is zero support for coop in the game? why no text based chat? why no feedback if im even speaking on the mic and others can hear me? why no feedback in the audio menu that my mic is indeed working or it is at good volume?
Considering how hard it is to find ready to play sessions, a drop in/out mechanic could be a saving grace for this game.
That remind me an another great game called Alien Fireteam Elite, great game, but really hard to find people to play with because of the exact same reasons, it is really hard to find people to play with because if I remember correctly, you need to join on a person that have not started a game yet, you need to select mission type, difficulty and campaign that match an another player setting. Luckily all those settings does not exist in Endless Dungeon, but it is still hard to find people to play with because from what I heard, the overhaul Endless playerbase is very thin and hosting a session for 3 players means waiting a long time before people joins
