Fassie quest 2

I play in English so hopefully there is no mistake in the wording, but it asks to buy information about a beverage from merchant in Security Vault, I am here but the merchant doesn't have anything to sell regarding that? Am I approaching this wrong?

I just did this quest and I found 2 merchants on the same level. The first did not sell it but the second did, so keep looking!

Thanks! I almost spend all my sceince resource on the first merchant hoping maybe that is how to unlock that option, phew

When i went there the first time he didn't have it and fassie told me that it depends on the merchant's stock. He had it the second time.

Guys the Fassie Quest 2 is bugged, the merchant don’t spawn and we can’t finish this quest .. any tips or soluce for this ?
