Are there any male "human" characters in the game?

Serious question.

Because all the videos, and screenies show a female "human." OC OFC.
But every other character is either a robot, an animal, or an alien.

So, genuine question, are there males in this game / galaxy?

Heh...? No idea what you are referring to, but you practically start as a male human right from the tutorial.

There's one human male and female. Everything else seems to be aliens or robots. Not sure about the plague doctor, pretty sure it was a girl but i don't remember if it was an alien or not, so maybe 2 human female actually.

Afaik, Sweeper doesn't seem Beta or anything to me. He seems just like the intro describes the idea of a 'hero'; Someone who is in the wrong place at the right time. He's the stressed, 'I'm not trained for ANY of this' being stuck up with a professional soldier/merc, robot sheriff, and other characters who for them this is just another tuesday. Too many people want to strip down characters to the things they don't like and call them bad. As someone who's played each of the Endless games, Amplitude is still providing with interesting characterization with a beautiful lore to discover. Complaining about no big, tough alpha male character... Using that as a reason for not playing the game is just weak IMO.

This thread was created to ask the innocent, legitimate question, "Are there any male human protagonists in this game."

You have made a game with a strong fm of colour. And that's fine. And by the sound of it a male who is the opposite.

NONE of the replies that have been deleted, have come close to hate speech, not even close. Not one.
Just peoples innocuous opinions, And replies.

But because their opinion, as benign as they have been, didn't agree with whoever has the "delete" option, they are deleted?? Posts are deleted??

I have, in the hundreds and hundreds of threads posted on Steam, never seen this kind of censorship.
I have seen threads deleted, when they were toxic. Unlike this one,
I seen people banned, for being toxic, unlike this one.
And not for saying "Projecting a bit, aren't we?"

But this is a new low.
