how to use extreme fetishes

I have downloaded extreme fetishes, run it and set fart pee enable. but i think it is not useful. when i came to town and worked in goodies' toilet still can not see the extreme fetish scene.
does my dlc not work or the extreme scene in goodies are cut. because i remember the police and schoolgirls will do something else in this toilet lol How do I start DLC if it's my problem thanks

Press 0 to open the cheat console.
On the top left corner:

type 17 (fart)
or
type 18 (pee)
or
type 19 (scat)

then click on the "turn on" button.
then press 0 again to close the cheat console.

(scat needs pee to be on)

You have to repeat this every time after you start a new game.

so I just need to open the cheat chat and why number 18 to pee? and what does scat do ?

It makes all npcs in the world want to use your mouth instead of using a toilet.
If only switch 18 is on they only pee.
But if switch 19 is on, and switch 18 is also on, they do not only pee, but they also give you nice warm chocolate to eat.
Useful if you are struggling with finding things to eat.

I just downloaded the game and also wondered why none of the "hard" content worked and so i was farming reputation like some animal, cause i thought this would solve it, but it didnt work xD atleast now i have the answer. Thank you very much ^^
