I can't figure out how to change game modes

When I host a private lobby I can't figure out how to do anything other than diamond grab. I also am not sure how to unlock new maps.

Hey! Right now Diamond Grab mode is the only available mode to play. We plan on adding plenty more in the near future :) Let us know if you have any ideas! <3

Are there only 2 modes available at once? I can only play "Kill the King," and "Diamond Grab."

A month ago, I played the free version of the game and could access all of the modes, but when we tried it a day ago, we could only play diamond grab? Why can we suddenly not access those game modes?
