Terrible demo

Why would you start a demo with 10 minutes+ of unskippable splash screens, ego-stroking credits, and barely interactive pseudocutscenes that drag on and on? I've never heard of you or your game. The store page looked interesting enough to try quick a sample of the gameplay to see if it's something I might be interested in. Instead you waste my time with all this preamble fluff. I gave up and hit the 'ignore' button before getting to any actual gameplay....

Does Jacob Jazz need, like, QA testers? And programmers? And animators? And sound designers?... And lawyers?...

I get that taking on game development as a solo act can be a huge undertaking, but the whole idea of "Jacob Jazz's Tamarindos Freaking Dinner" both intrigues me and annoys me... So I have a lot to say after playing through it tonight... First of all, HOW was this in any state to put up as a "playable teaser?" Not having any settings or menu to speak of baffles me. You can't quit out of the game without using Alt+F4. The average person might not even know how to do that, so to put this up without ev...
