Assignment Anya has a Few Hang-Ups (Slight Spoilers)
First off, I would like to say the experience itself is fun and that if you like Dead Estate and/or survival horror that what I'm saying should not deter you from trying it out but when I played through this side story there was a lot of issues that kept bugging me throughout my experience. Most notably, the map sucks. Dead Estate works at an isometric view angle but the map works from a top down perspective and this makes the map really confusing. The simplest solution would be a compass, but ideally the map should reflect how the game plays. Second, players should be able to see their health at all times. I get the health-bar's removal was likely for the sake of atmosphere but that isn't worth it in my opinion. I can't see myself hunkering down and getting the achievements for using one or less healing items and not saving because my game play would be just me hitting the escape key every second or so. Speaking of the escape key, I personally feel as though the pause menu should be binded to something more convenient, like the space-bar or something, it's very awkward to access for me at least. Lastly, the enemies placement and AI is a bit funky. The AI less so, as there is only one instance I can think where it kept bugging out was the room with two dining tables. The placement was the thing out of these two that was actively annoying, however. The cultist are a good idea but are placed in such intrusive spots and have some odd pathing that makes avoiding their sight much more annoying then I think was intended (and I think the chase sequence that happens once you're spotted is too long but that might just be me), and the times were the game gets a bit more intense and you have to move quickly enemies and objects are placed in really frustrating places, whether it be in front of the door way, cluttering the entire room, etc. But despite all of this there is a fun foundation but I think some of the things surrounding this foundation are faulty at best.

Adding to this the chase scenes with chunks is a pain.
A lot of rooms have enemies blocking the intended routes in tight corridors, so you have to either kite chunks long enough that they move, find a spot jank enough that the forced jumps from chunks slams propel you over obstacles, or face tank a hit.
Which makes Sranking (1save, 1 heal, within 1 hour) run very aggravating.
Its clearly designed for the acrobat boots, but since traversing through that area leading up to it requires the candle, and the emblems take up 4 slots, you have 1 slot left at best.

a simple fix would be to give the swimming pool room next to it an itembox

You can put the emblems into the chest before the chase, since the chest spawns at fountain after the chase.

The chase activates after leaving the area (direction to library, not to pool) where u get the winter emblem.
