Axel's B Costume...
I have completed the game with Axel getting both endings, the normal ending and the true ending.
Outfit B hasn't been unlocked. Does anyone know how to get it?

completely random from shops or chests.

if you want to save scum it at the balcony I personally would not blame you.

I'd rather do it on floor 2 or 4. Gun shop + gun chest.
