Purchasing-related questions
I clicked on the buy ink button, but nothing happened. What should I do?
> First check if the Steam overlay works. If it doesn’t, check the overlay setting in Steam settings and if you have a stable connection to Steam service. If not, restart Steam or update Steam accordingly.

I finished the purchasing process, but received nothing. Where is my ink top-up?
> If your ink balance seems unchanged, please try restarting the game. Ink sometimes takes a while to show as added. If you still don’t see your added ink, don’t hesitate to raise a ticket in game or send us an email with your 17-digit SteamID and details of the issue (support@acureus.com). We will contact you after receiving your ticket and solve it as soon as possible.

Why can't I get the Lunar Skins for Scarlet and Mei?
> Seasonal skins are only available during their respective seasons.

Why did all my friends get 850 ink but I didn't?
> The complimentary 850 ink were given to players who had bought the game prior to its re-release in February 2024. This ink serves as a token of appreciation for their ongoing support over the years and through various rollouts. We're of course very happy for any new players, which is why everyone receives two complimentary characters to fully enjoy the game!

Game-related questions
Are there any shortcut buttons for drawing tools?
> You can view and set key shortcuts in the game settings.

I only see very few game lobbies, even though it’s rush hour. Why?
> Try switching your region in the game settings. You can play in other regions, but please note it can cause network instability.

Can you add a draw round duration between 100s and 300s?
> You can enter any number you like by moving the selector all the way to the right! :)

Can you add an option to increase the guess time? 30 seconds is not enough.
> Both drawing and guessing time can be set in the Lobby game settings.

Why am I being kicked out of Battle Royale even though my drawing received a score of more than 98%?
> In Battle Royale mode, the least-scoring drawings of a given round are "rejected". If you are sent back to Earth with 98.0% score, it just means all other players in the game had a score higher than 98.0%. The guesses say nothing about how artistic your drawings are, they just say how confident our robot is in guessing them. :)

Other common topics
My game always crashes (black screen/freeze) after playing for some time, or the game is taking away too much memory from my computer. What should I do?
> Here are two settings you could try:
  1. Disable Character shadows in the game settings. These are performance-heavy and this can cause the game to crash in some cases.
  2. Use a frame rate of 60 with lower resolution.
If neither of these solve the issue, please raise a ticket in the game. Thank you.

My game constantly crashes and I can’t open the game to raise a ticket. What should I do?
> Please try/check the following items:
  1. If you are playing as a Windows user other than the one who installed and previously ran the game on your device, the game won’t start correctly. You will have to switch back to that first user. Alternatively try right-clicking the game file (Draw&Guess.exe) and choose Properties. In the Compatibility tab, activate the option Run this program as an administrator.
  2. If the first item does not apply, try to reinstall the game, restart Steam and your system, and see if crashes reoccur.
  3. If these steps do not solve the issue either, you are welcome to reach out to us via email (support@acureus.com) so we can take a look at the underlying cause. Please make sure to provide issue details and attach your log files. For Windows users, you can find them (player.log and player-prev.log) here: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Acureus\Draw_Guess.
Note: The AppData folder is hidden by default, and you might need to change the settings in Windows. Check this guide (EN)[support.microsoft.com].

Why does my drawing tablet work fine with other applications but not your game?
> This depends on the type and brand of your tablet, which vary a lot. Here is a few things that have helped other players:
  1. Disable the pen pressure setting in the game.
  2. Check your tablet driver version and update accordingly. If the tablet was working previously, it might make sense to consider downgrading as well.
  3. Turn on/off Windows Ink. Some tablets require Windows Ink to be compatible with the game’s input system but others don’t.
Where are my exported drawings?
> On Windows you can find them in “My pictures/Draw&Guess”, on Mac they are saved by default to “Finder > Pictures > Draw & Guess”.

Can we reduce the waiting time when someone disconnects?
> Hosts can always cancel the reconnect attempt, which will then make the game move on.

Can you add a way to give more details about a lobby?
> Hosts can use the signpost button in lobbies to change the name of their lobby and give more info about it. Players that join a lobby can see drawing times per round as well as wordlist chosen. Hint: When drawing times per round are very high, it is likely the players in that lobby would like to draw for a long time.

Can you add a feature to add friends in the game?
> We re-added the feature on 16 July! :) You can view a player's Steam (or Epic) profile by clicking on the business card icon on the player card in lobby.

I bumped into an annoying player in the public lobby. Can I block them?
> We are planning to add this feature in the future, but for now the answer is no. If you are in-game already, you can mute the player for that game until you return to the lobby. We suggest finding lobbies with higher trust score requirements, and we encourage every player to respect other players, play politely, and act friendly. If someone makes you feel uncomfortable, you can report them and this will influence their trust scores accordingly. Keep in mind, though, that spam and abusive reports don’t work and might negatively influence your own score. So use reports wisely, and let’s keep a friendly playing environment together.

> 请放心,您可以尝试重启游戏后查看墨点有没有刷新,这是因为有的时候网络波动导致墨点到账显示会有延迟。如果尝试重启后并没有刷新,请随时通过游戏内的反馈按钮或者给我们发送邮件(support@acureus.com)来汇报问题。请记得附上问题的详细描述与您的17位Steam数字ID(您可以在您的个人资料链接或账户明细页面找到它)。我们会在收到问题的第一时间联系您并尽快解决问题。在这里感谢您的心与配合:)

为什么我无法获得春节皮肤和万圣节皮肤了?
> 季节限定皮肤将仅在每年的特定时期提供。

为什么我的朋友们全都获得了 850 墨点,但我没有?

游戏内的绘画工具有对应的快捷键吗?

我在房间列表里找不到可以加入的房间,怎么办?
> 您可以尝试在设置中调整您的地区,看看有没有新的大厅可以加入。请注意,连接到离您较远的地区可能会导致不稳定的网络连接与体验

你们能增加一个在 100 到 300 之间的绘画回合时长吗?
> 您可以将选择将滑块一直拖动到右侧来输入任何您想要的数字! :)

你们能添加一个设置选项来延长猜画时间吗?30 秒不够啊。

为什么我的画作得分超过98%,却还是被踢出了大逃杀模式?
> 在大逃杀模式中,每轮中得分最低的画作会被“淘汰”。如果您在得分达到98.0%的情况下被送回地球,这仅意味着游戏中的其他玩家得分都高于98.0%。这些猜测并不代表您的画作有多艺术,它们只是表示我们的机器人对它们的猜测有多自信。:) 我们的机器人一直在迭代中,相信以后它将更具有艺术细菌

其他常见问题

我的游戏总是在玩了一段时间后崩溃(黑屏、死机),它为什么会吃这么多的内存啊?
> 您可以尝试以下步骤看看能否解决这一问题:
  1. 关闭设置中的“角色阴影”选项
  2. 如果第一条无效的话,可以将游戏的最大帧率设为60,并且降低分辨率设置

我的游戏总是在启动时崩溃/卡在初始界面,导致我无法打开游戏汇报问题,我该怎么办?
> 您可以先尝试以下步骤排查故障
  1. 如果您是在使用Windows系统的用户B,而游戏之前安装和运行时使用的是用户A,您将无法正常启动游戏,这样的话您需要切换回用户A进行游戏。或者到游戏的根目录,右键点击Draw&Guess.exe, 在 属性->兼容性 设置中勾选“以管理员身份运行此程序”。
  2. 除此之外您可以尝试重装游戏,重启Steam或者重启电脑看看能否解决这一问题。
  3. 如果非常不幸这些都不起作用,您可以考虑给我们发送邮件(support@acureus.com)我们汇报这个bug。
    需要先麻烦您到

  3. 尝试在Windows设置中开启或关闭Windows Ink功能

我在游戏中导出的画作图片保存在哪里了呢?
> 您可以在

我们能减少断线等待时间吗?
> 房主可以随时取消重连尝试,这样游戏就会继续进行。

你们能添加一种方法来提供更多关于大厅的详细信息吗?
> 房主可以使用大厅中的路标按钮来更改大厅名称并提供更多信息。加入大厅的玩家可以看到每轮的绘画时间以及选择的词汇表。注意:当每轮的绘画时间很长时,这表示该房间中的玩家可能希望绘画很长时间。请大家互相尊重,酌情选择适合自己的房间和游玩模式

你能增加一个添加好友的功能吗?
> 我们在7月16日重新添加了这个功能!:) 您可以在大厅中点击玩家卡上的名片图标查看玩家的Steam资料。

我在公共房间里遇到了很讨厌的玩家,我可以拉黑他吗?
> 我们计划在未来加入黑名单功能。目前我们建议您也可以尝试加入信任分限制较高的房间,这样能够降低您遇到这类玩家的几率。您还可以在游戏中将该玩家静音(效果会持续到再次返回大厅或开始新一局游戏,到那时您需要再次将他们静音)。您也可以在大厅或游戏中举报那些令您感到不适的玩家,这些举报会相应的降低他们的信任分。请记住,刷举报和恶意举报会被系统判定为无效,并且可能会影响您自己的信任分,所以请合理用此功能。我们鼓励各位玩家互相尊重,对他人保持礼貌与友善,也希望大家善用举报的同时也不吝啬自己每一局游戏的称赞。让我们一起努力,共同维护美好的充满欢笑的游戏环境 :)

常见网络连接问题解决方法

  1. 登录游戏时显示Steam无法连接:
    您可以尝试开启游戏时先使用加速器加速Steam服务,在游戏登录成功后断开Steam服务的加速(这样您后续的游戏连接将不会受到这部分加速的影响)
  2. 在游戏中频繁地掉线与连接不稳定:
    您可以尝试使用加速器的香港节点来加速游戏,看看是否有所改善(游戏亚洲服务器位于香港)
  3. 组队游戏中频繁有人掉线:
    可以让队伍中网络情况最稳定的人来当房主,这样可以避免因频繁更换房主导致的不可预见性的Bug。另外同上一条,大家可以尽量考虑使用加速器的香港节点来加速游戏(需结合自己的实际网络情况来选择)
