Game crash in the beginning

Hey, I'm having an issue here. When I press "new game" it crashes on loading screen. I've tried reducing graphic settings and resolution but still didn't help. The previous game (Palindrome Syndrome) was working with no issues and I believe technical requirements for this game is the same as for previous one. Can you help me with this issue? Much appreciated.

Same exact issue for me. Palindrome Syndrome worked perfectly. This game gets to the image of a lab with the spinning loading wheel then crashes and exits to desktop.

Hello,

We have been checking the issue and found that it happens on computers without a dedicated graphic card. The game was crashing because the integrated graphic of the computer has not enough memory.

We uploaded a new patch (v1.0.4) where the "LOW" graphics option has lower texture resolution and it should fix the problem for you.

In the main menu, select the options menu, graphics, and Low and start the game and it should work now.

Thanks for the advice, Kiko! I was having the exact same issue, and changing to 'Low' graphics solved it.

I open my game today ( March 19th ) and it crashed.... I'm sad because I bought it for nothing anyway I hope this will fix :)

I had the same problem at launch, I reduced the graphics but impossible to advance in the game from the start:
I click to type the code to exit and it does not take the click? an other idea
