The next tournament begins in: not connected to server "PROBLEM"

Hello my in-game name is Knox , can you fix the tournaments? it's saying that i'm offline plus the stages not changing and there is no offline gold since yesterday

Hey Knox, most of our moderators are in North America. Are you still having the issue? I'm not good at trouble shooting this kind of stuff, but I'll see if I can get someone else to drop by.

Knox, have you updated your game recently? It's possible your account has been banned (either auto-banned or manually banned) which would prevent you from accessing the tournaments or updating on the leaderboards. If your game is completely up to date as of the last 18 hours or so, then it should be displaying if you're banned or not.

It is also possible that if you did update and are not displaying any banned message, that there could be some sort of corruption issue on the server with your data. This normally has only happened with users who were transferred to/from Steam during the BETA phase. So I'm not sure how this would happen if that's not the case.

Either way, I've forwarded this information to our Developer to take a look on the server when they are available; but from experience with Steam closing/reopening the game will almost always correct the "Failed to Connect" messages, unless you are banned.
