I didn't understand any of what you just said LOL I am such a scrub. I need a strategy guide that explains how all this stuff interacts, for real
The Dark Flasks work similarly to the Ice Makers. The lowest tier generates Dark Energy, which acts as a multiplier to regular energy production. The higher tiers generate the next lower tier of Dark Flask, so a Tier 2 makes Tier 1s, Tier 3 makes Tier 2s, and so on. Instead of upgrading the Dark Flasks like you would with Ice Makers, they are improved by spending time in Ice Age. While in Ice Age, you gain Dark Matter, which increases Dark Flask crafting speeds.
Basically, just stay in Ice Age. Maybe you can work on Tubes or something in the meantime. Exit Ice Age every now and then to check if you can afford a new Dark Flask or Ice Maker with your newfound production multiplier, then go back into Ice Age to keep the timer ticking up, so that your production penalty gets lighter.
This part is weird, no tolltip (like most of the game) using the same generic names for most of the boni.
