Where to find metal heads?

As the title says, where to find metal heads? Are they just random people in town, or is there a club somewhere where I need to find them?

According to the achievement tracker I've apparently managed to kill 'one' with the sword, but still have no idea what they hell they are.

Thought they might be the enemies that show up during the final wave, but pretty sure managed to kill more than one of those when I tried it.

EDIT: Having jumped back into the game and just done lots of runs of sprinting around slicing up pedestrians until I die, it does just seems to be civvies (who are fans of metal music).
But like often in this game it can be quite difficult to pick out particular citizen models.

You have to destroy or reflect missiles that jets and helicopters shoot at you with the sword I believe let me know if this works.

Well? are metal heads just jets and helicopters? That is pretty confusing, also the strangers that you recruit for the achievements, what's that about?

Metal heads are ordinary people roaming around the town, and in parks. To get the recruitment achievements you need to level up your leader perk. i suggest using the girl for that. its a bit of a moneygrind

Metal heads are long haired people (red hair on PC) with a black shirt. They are rare, but not super rare. Maybe 1 in every 40 people in the default city. The recruitment achievement requires 50 followers, at the same time. This requires a LARGE amount of money; eg 1mil + 10k on Santa to get to level 50 leader. Then you need to be able to collect enough followers AND keep them alive to have 50, which is slightly harder without a custom map.

You either had a VERY big vehicle or else you're lying. 1. Because idk if it's even possible to have followers in your car. And 2. the only vehicle which could hold 50 followers would be...maybe a bus, and AFAIK there aren't buses in the game

I can't tell you which ones are metalheads, but this is how I got the achievement.

Timestamped at 1:19:34, basically level up Alley Brawler for Movspeed and Sword of Virginity a lot and just kill everyone with it, and remove the flamethrower and shotgun
