Stealing a helicopter as any character?
I've found out i you use nitroglycerin whilst in the middle of dashing it Fcking LAUNCHES your ass really fast and a lot higher than nitro normally allows. using this tech you can launch yourself onto buildings with any character in the game. now what I`m curious about is this: how would one steal a helicopter as any character? when your on top of a building and a helicopter gets close for a second the hijack bar pops up so i know its possible i just don`t know how.

It actually becomes super easy once you have high level in carjacking on the Cosmonaut. just stand on a building, spam your jetpack and tap E (I actually put a keybind on my mouse to spam E every 25ms), you'll eventually get into a helicopter and if you have a high enough carjacking skill you can even get into jets.

Also if you have a high Leadership skill you start converting enemy vehicles instead of just the enemy cops/soldiers. That means you'll start converting helicopters which will then fly very low right next to you and do no damage to you, super easy to steal them then.

However as far as I can tell all aircraft are essentially impossible to control so you also need a high Iron Monster skill so that you don't just die instantly. I have been trying to do it with easy vehicle controls turned off and I actually only just now thought to try turning it on to see what happens, I'll report back.

If you want to get absurdly high skill levels, level up Alley Brawler as fast as possible and just run in between level up hobos. When you hit a level up hobo with a car most of your options for level ups are gonna be the temporary "current car only" skills which suck, if you hit them on foot you get a choice between a bunch of permanent upgrades (if you didn't know once you buy like 5 upgrades in a skill then every time you get that upgrade in game, from a level up hobo, it actually becomes a permanent upgrade instead of an upgrade for just that run only). So once you get like 20+ in Alley Brawler and you have the jetpack, it actually becomes much faster to just run in between all level ups and every level up will give you another permanent upgrade. Level 45 in Alley Brawler is probably around where you want to be, around 60 and it becomes nearly impossible to actually hit the level up hobo, every little thing you touch shoots you up into the air.
