Endgame with only one Faction

I played a Game with me (Fallen Soldier), AI (Furtive Tribunal) and all three Neutrals. Tribunal murdered Zephon, probably because I had landmass on very low and they had no other direction to expand. I allied with Ancorite, because they were strong and I had lots of other space. Later it was me and Ancorite vs Tribunal and Chieftess. When The last days came I kept with Ancorite while Tribunal must have gone Independent, since they killed Zyphon and were presently at war with the Anchorite. This resulted in only four Anchorite Titans to spawn and none of Zyphon. The quest was displayed as kill Zephon Titans 0/0. I played on very hard and Ironman and the achievement triggered after the Ancorite titans murdered everything on the map.
