Where can you see 'applied modifiers'?

I've just just finished the aristocrat's quest line and received the cornucopia, which applied a modifier, providing 30 food every 5 turns. I can see that the modifier works, as it provides the effect it stated - but where could I actually see what modifiers have been applied? Is it applied to a city? My faction? The leader?

Check diplomacy screen
Until you click on any AI faction it shows your relationships and all personal modifiers

Loving the game so far, but the UI could be more intuitive.

You'll also want to check the little symbols around the Turn counter (top right). Those show your faction traits and mutators.
