Zandra Kyne mission

Forgive me for potentially missing the obvious here. But, the "Cost" for this mission appears to be several symbols that I can't identify.

Can anyone tell me what the resources are that need to be paid for this specific quest?

Those are tier 2 resources : to get them you either have to research (at tier 5), then build some more production buildings, or research "Premium access" so you can buy them from the Concordat.

You'll also need them for the endgame units so it's a pretty worthwhile investment : that said I've had this quest spawn when I'm still 2 tiers off of researching so you can get doodled by it...
