Starting the game for the first time messed my XFX Radeon RX 6950XT up

Literally just bought the game, booted it up and watched the cinematic. About 3 seconds into the game engine my GPU fans started HYPER blowing full ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ speed - never heard anything like it before. Had to shut my PC off fast. After booting it up again, Windows no longer recognizes my GPU and ♥♥♥♥ smells toasted. I'm on all updated drivers and OS, what the ♥♥♥♥ do I do now?
