Any stated plans to distinguish the city builders?

Using the same city builder for each branch feels like something they had to do to save money but feels cheaper the more and more I play. They're clearly designed for the cyber branch given their communist propaganda voice lines, so it would be nice if there was a more soldier-y (or civilian settler inspired) one for the branch of man and a bio-horror one for the branch of the voice.
