Problem with the mutator unlocked by kill the PDG as agent , make all the quests a few Time with all choices and dont know how unlock.

Do you mean the Rogue Operative? If so you need to agree at first then when he takes you to the vault take his eyes. I have a guide with all the unlock conditions.

Thanks for your guide i have already read him, maybe its a bug for me because i take his eyes few time and the mutator : leader have no affinity , IS locked .
