Is there any difference between Anime and this game?

Is this game has the same storyline like Anime version? Thanks

Uh, they cut some parts, all the H scenes and tried to put all the romantic(good ending) routes' character arc/closure without Aoba ending up with either of them. And ya, for sure Ren's route is literally the true route.
It's like what they did with Togainu no Chi.... XD
