It would be nice if holding "Q" would bring up a weapon wheel

Rion's voice acting, (or AI voice over), just isn't it. Difficult to understand. VERY difficult to understand. With Scottie being so clear and easy to understand, having the walkie talkie sounding voice in addition to either the THICKEST accent or just a bad recording job has me quite disappointed.
