.2%...really?
OMG this game is finicky. I was mowing the lawn in one of the dino parks. Finished with the mower so I went for the trimmer to try to finish it off. I needed .2% to complete the task. You think I could find it? NO WAY!!! I spent a good 30 minutes real time hunting for that .2%. I eventually gave up and left that task unfinished. This is a fun game but things like this make it so frustrating.

It really is nitpicky. Some of them you can't help but cut flowers and take the penalty. Sometimes it's one blade of grass. The sloping garden at the castle gets me - there's cuttable grass under the bushes you can't cut, but can walk through.

And the flowers that are so dark they blend in with the grass.

And the purple and blue flowers that give you ONE chance to not hit them.

I've gone through almost all the gardens just scorched-earth - if I see it, I cut it. It's glorious.

Thank you for your response. I am fairly new to this game.
One thing I have found is the trimmer is a little more forgiving on flowers and other plants, so it is possible to get closer without chopping them.

In dino parks you HAVE to use "grass vision" I generally am not fan of it but when I work on lawn for almost hour and I am on 97.5% no way I would give up..... but I would never find them without it. Problem usually are dinosaurs and tables because grass under them is really hard to reach and also blade size can not pass....

I've clipped the blue and purple flowers with the trimmer, and they go in one hit. Some of the other flowers and plants can take a couple of hits, but not those.

What is "grass vision"? Is that a command or a mod?

I do not know what is command on keyboard, but on controller I press right stick tvice and hold it a bit and all grass that remained uncut shows up (you have to sit on lawn mower)....
And no it is not mod it is in game, I do not know keyboard command...

I looked in options and can not find it, but press right controller stick twice and hold it bit and it pops up.......

It's like detective mode in Batman, or Hitman, or pretty much any other game that lets you activate some magical personal radar, except it highlights grass that you need to cut. Unfortunately, in some maps, you have to be right up on it, especially when it's nitpicking over 0.2%. Dino parks are the worst because you can't get under the dinos all the way.

FunFact: the detective mode thing works in the litter collection jobs or during the pre-cut walk to highlight the trash you need to collect. Unfortunately, it doesn't work so well in high grass. For those, look ahead to the areas where grass doesn't render (might want to turn down the rendering distance, too). When you spot a lump in the distance, head for it. Then turn around and look where you came from to find the trash that was near you to begin with.

Just finished that one, and it took me over 70 minutes, due to how finicky it is, and 99.8%? For my third job? I chose that one because it was supposedly 2.5 stars difficulty. Yeah right.

I think I figured out why the devs abandoned this game so fast. They knew this game was riddled with bugs and didnt want to deal with them.

The Highlight ability should be toggleable so things would be easier with how hard it is to see what is cut and what not

I just spend 200 minutes on one of those dinosaur maps...

The last 1% was pure pain.
