Employees go on Holiday and Never come back

I am having a issue where my employees go on holiday and they never come back it just lists them as on holiday. Only way is to sack them and employ someone new. Makes spending money to educate them worthless. Also currently all 4 of my workers are on holiday at the same time and none coming back so looks like they all will be looking for a new job now ;)

Seriously is this a known bug? If so please fix it.

Yeah I must be I pay for all their training and also give them all the best jobs yet they piss off. I always give them free drinks after a job as well. Company cars ( which im still waiting for them to return) and pay them double the normal rate.

Yea, I even let them go home after only mowing 1 lawn a day. That's quite the hourly wage and they still go on holiday and never return, no calls, no text, just ... poof.

Not a bug, it's an intended "feature". Basically you roll the dice every time you hire a new guy and hope he's not addicted to Vacation Simulator like the last five were

It is a bug and it has been fixed for the next patch, I don't know when that will be though.
