Is engine overloading too easy?
overload at 3.5 mph for a 7.1 mph?

would be nice if players could upgrade the engine to where it won't overload so easy

It seems that way I play as well. Realistically it shouldn't be that easy with some mowers, but it seems to happen to all the ones I have tried ingame so far.

Its a major part of the sim based off grass length and conditions. The solution is to either cut slower, cut more than once at different hights or user a more powerful mower. There are pros and cons to each approach.

Easiest way to do it from experience, in the picture you are using the full width of the mowers blades, try making smaller lines use only half of the mowers width. Yes you will mow faster without overheating but it will seem like your cutting less.

It appears that the long grass affects all of the end game mowers the same. It is about the same speed that overloads blades. Even the last Toro with the flail head attachment has the same issue. That is made specifically to chew through the thick stuff, but the game has the same settings for failure with it too. Let's hope they have a nice patch for us soon, with updates, fixes, and some new things. Fun, relaxing game.

I tried cutting at the highest deck setting and it still 100% bogged down. Im pretty sure deck height has no effect on performance.

I love playing this game to relax, the overloading makes this ♥♥♥♥ unplayable. I'm mowing a lawn at 7in, but its still overloading and i can't go higher than that. Just need a setting to turn it off.
