Toro Zmaster 7500D leaving clumps of grass
As the title states, I am very curious why this mower will leave random clumps of grass along the path? This is one of the end game mowers, and it sucks this much? Now I can understand if the blades are bad or some other problem, but with 100% condition it leaves big clumps randomly. It doesn't seem to be some bug, just how it mows....certainly not how it should be working. This seems to happen either with or without the attachment. Anyone else notice this?

It is a rear discharge mower by default. Buying the recycling kit converts it to a mulcher.

This
All of the side and rear discharge mowers do the same thing unless modified with a mulch plate or collector system.

No no....not the cut clumps of grass, uncut grass clumps still randomly pop up behind...

That would be from overload, any time the arc goes red you will leave behind
clumps of uncut grass

Nope, again this is different. I need to get a photo posted of it.

I think Buck is looking for the phrase grass clippings :p

I just used the 7500D on two mowing jobs with the mulching hardware installed and both times the mower still left grass clippings in its wake.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the hardware and on third mowing job, it finally worked and started mulching. So yeah, I thought it was broken too but it just turned out to be operator error. Just make sure the hardware you want is installed or you'll be like me!!!
