Please send a message to our support at support@kalypsomedia.com with a description of the issue and a DxDiag.txt, so we can investigate for you.
To create a DxDiag.txt, please do the following:
- Click "Start" button and choose "Run". Or alternatively, press (Windows-Button)+R
- Then type "dxdiag" (without quotation marks) and click “OK”
- Click the "Save all Information"-button, located at the bottom of the program window
- Save the file as "dxdiag.txt”
- Attach the file "dxdiag.txt" to your email to support@kalypsomedia.com
You can find your crash logs here:C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Commandos\Saved\Crashes
Our support will get back to you as soon as possible.

In order to find the folder (it is often hidden) you can also press the windows and the "R" key at the same time and then enter %APPDATA%\..\Local

Apparently it's a problem with 14th gen Intel Processors so the Kalypso support are unable to help with the issue.
