Hey michelbeck,
Please send a message to our support at support@kalypsomedia.com with a description of the issue and a DxDiag.txt, so we can investigate for you.
To create a DxDiag.txt, please do the following:
  • Click "Start" button and choose "Run". Or alternatively, press (Windows-Button)+R
  • Then type "dxdiag" (without quotation marks) and click “OK”
  • Click the "Save all Information"-button, located at the bottom of the program window
  • Save the file as "dxdiag.txt”
  • Attach the file "dxdiag.txt" to your email to support@kalypsomedia.com
You can find your crash logs here:
C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Commandos\Saved\Crashes
Our support will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi Michaelbeck,

Do you get any crash message?
In order to find the folder (it is often hidden) you can also press the windows and the "R" key at the same time and then enter %APPDATA%\..\Local

Cheers

Same problem?
Reboot system. Should work.
I updated my Nvidia 4090 driver and now it doesn't immediately restart. It starts the intro video and then errors saying "Out of video memory trying to allocate rendering resource".

Apparently it's a problem with 14th gen Intel Processors so the Kalypso support are unable to help with the issue.
