Commandos: Origins - Minor Hotfix #2

We just released a hotfix on Steam with fixes for a misaligned cursor and several crashes.

• Fixed a misaligned cursor issue related to the chosen game border settings.
  
• Fixed a crash in multiplayer related to saving + loading while in range of an active sound decoy.
  
• Fixed several other rare crashes.

game keeps crashing. during big explosions, videos and starting missions. after 3 or 4 times it usually works. very annoying

Do all achievements not trigger for you, or only specific ones?

Hey. I only tried first mission in veteran mode with all collectibles okay.
I then suspended game because I'd lile the achievements work before getting into the next missions.

Hola, no puedo continuar en la primera misión, cuando tengo que coger el botiquín para curar al boina verde no me deja cogerlo, desinstale el juego y lo volví a instalar y sigue el mismo fallo por lo que no puedo continuar con el juego, si alguien me puede ayudar se lo agradezco, gracias.

Please send a message to our support at [e-mail] with a DxDiag.txt and a Crash log attached, so we can investigate!
To create a DxDiag.txt, please do the following:

• Click "Start" button and choose "Run". Or alternatively, press (Windows-Button)+R
  
• Then type "dxdiag" (without quotation marks) and click “OK”
  
• Click the "Save all Information"-button, located at the bottom of the program window
  
• Save the file as "dxdiag.txt”
  
• Attach the file "dxdiag.txt" to your email to [e-mail]

You can find your Crash logs here:
C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Commandos\Saved\Crashes
Our support will get back to you as soon as possible.

your game is garbage man, nothing new in there. and It lags while driving or boating. I didn't expect from y'all like this. It was my childhood game. You guys just ruined it!!!

I play on Steam Deck OLED, All saves saved in previous version from 2nd mission are causing the crash to desktop upon loading, (1st mission saves worked and still work just fine), tried game files verification and different builds such as Experimental, hotfix, and proton ge - nothing works. Judging by the fact it works just fine with mission 1 and it was loading saves from 2nd mission while still playing during the same session it was saved on, it feels like something is wrong with the game.

Edit: I have installed on my PC and exactly the same problem - crashes when loading lvl 2 saves and works fine in the lvl 1, although on my PC works so much worse, I can't believe that previous commandos parts look better and work better on my computer when you compare to newly released game.
Yup clearly my saves are corrupted.

I was able to restart a 2nd mission as no other option out there and it seems that saving now works as intended both on the deck and on my PC (saved and loaded on the new version).

Thank you, I have just sent 2 sets of save files (thankfully I have made a backup of the broken saves yesterday), 2 set of crash files, dxdiag file - it ended up being almost 30 files altogether, hopefully You will be able to figure it out.

I loved the first Commandos game and its expansion and looking forward to playing this one:)

Please fix the bug on mission 9. Spent over 4 hours playing it and don't want to redo it all over just to run into this issue again. Would love to finish it and keep going. Really like the game!
