The game is constantly crashing

This game is unplayable, it gives me graphics memory errors when I have 12 gb of VRam, then it closes constantly, the audio disappears, from time to time I get a different language... It is totally unplayable. If I had not bought it from instant gaming I would have already asked for a refund.

Weird because for all the issues I could list for UE5, crashing isn't usually one of them.

I'm glad people aren't having these problems, I'll look to see if it's something with my configuration but I'm not having problems with other games.

To create a DxDiag.txt, please do the following:

• Click "Start" button and choose "Run". Or alternatively, press (Windows-Button)+R
  
• Then type "dxdiag" (without quotation marks) and click “OK”
  
• Click the "Save all Information"-button, located at the bottom of the program window
  
• Save the file as "dxdiag.txt”
  
• Attach the file "dxdiag.txt" to your email to [e-mail]

Post the entire error message and basic specifications of your PC.

yes, it seems to me that it is more a problem of my cpu I9 that overheats than of the GPU.

I've updated the BIOS and now everything seems to be working as it should, it seems there was a performance bug with Intel 13900k processors with Unreal Engine.

I'm having these issues too, but most importantly is that I cannot load mission 3. another question. Is the game size 12.2 GB or 31GB? Because Xbox game pass only installs 12.2GB and I only have first two missions. Idk what's the issue here;

It's 12.5 GB for me. Played 3rd mission just fine on GamePass (apart from already known bugs). I'm currently in 4th mission.

Having issues here to. Until mission 7 was all good, now it crashes with "Fatal Erro" message. Initially when I chose threwing knives, now it happens randomly (changing characters, entenring a vehicle, ...)

The game stresses the CPU and GPU guite a lot and probably the system becomes unstable because of that if it has some problem to begin with. I don't have such problems with Commandos Origins, but this happens to me with Red Dead Redemption 2 on highest settings. I found that limiting GPU performance to 90% fixes it.

I got the fatal error once when I tried to unload commandos on pier in mission 5. Taking alternative approach fixed it for me. It might be corrupted savefile.

The Steam version (PC) has a 28GB disc footprint. The Steam store page says 31GB because slightly more than the final size is recommended for the install to happen.
