Operation Harbinger ending crash
I'm currently on operation 10, and the final cut scene to escape the airfield keeps crashing non stop which is preventing me from progressing. Has anyone run into similar issue before? I've tried reboot, running in window mode with lowest graphics, but still it seems to have issues on this mission. For reference this was the only mission I've had this many crashes and freezing issues. Appreciate any help on progressing past this step.

Hi nsuinteger,

Please contact support@kalypsomedia.com with a DxDiag.txt and a short description of the issue so we can investigate further.

To create a DxDiag.txt, please do the following:
  • Click "Start" button and choose "Run". Or alternatively, press (Windows-Button)+R
  • Then type "dxdiag" (without quotation marks) and click “OK”
  • Click the "Save all Information"-button, located at the bottom of the program window
  • Save the file as "dxdiag.txt”
  • Attach the file "dxdiag.txt" to your email to support@kalypsomedia.com
Our support will get back to you as soon as possible.

Also please add a savegame with the mentioned issue.
Savegame
C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Commandos\Saved\SaveGames

Cheers
I had the same issue on Xbox Series X, the ending of that mission is constantly crashing.
Kept trying until it didn't crash anymore, took me like twenty loads I think.
Just keep trying, eventually it will not crash and you can continue.

Thank you, we will look into this and get back to you as soon as possible.
It is indeed not possible for Gamepass to share savegames freely.

G'day,
After few more attempts, I have managed to get past this point.

What eventually worked was sending each commando one at a time to the evacuation point without rotating the viewpoint. Very strange, but yeah anyway.

Similar sort of performance lag did come up again on follow up mission as well (operation reunion), but without a crash. I ended up quitting the game and restarting the checkpoint.

Regards,
Will this be fixed on Game Pass? My game keeps crashing near the end. Sometimes near the tower. Sometime just getting out of the tank. Is there any way to blow up the third silo with the tank?
Same here.

What I did was moved all but 1 commando to the exfil area, and then used remaining commando to call in air strike to blow up the hangers and silos, and then moved him to exfil. it was painful to do that over and over due to game crashing. Hope the dev team fixes this one. Follow up missions have become laggy as well and due to nvidia driver update keeps freezing my pc even. what a nightmare (thanks nvidia!)
