Hello @[CH][FR]Kami Miaou,

Thank you very much for your report!
We have forwarded it to the developers and they will check it.

That they could find the issue faster, or we could find the issue and could be more helpful to enjoy the game, it would be nice to have more information about you system details. This useful informations can be found in the "DxDiag" file.

To generate this you can use the following steps and send it to support[at]kalypsomedia.com:

1. Click the Windows "Start" button and choose "Run". Or alternatively, press (Windows-Button) + R.
2. Then type "dxdiag" (without quotation marks) and click Ok.
3. You will find all relevant information in the following window.
4. Click the "Save all Information" button located at the bottom of the program window.
5. Save the file as "dxdiag.txt".
6. Attach the file "dxdiag.txt" with your E-mail reply.

We are sorry for any inconvenience!

- Cheers

If the CPU is correctly detected, proceed as instructed and update BIOS of your motherboard.
Thanks for the answers, how can I update the Bios ? (sorry I'm a "noob")

If it's a pre-built PC, bring it back to the shop and tell them about the issue that's explained in the article the error message posted.

If it was assembled by you, find support page of your specific motherboard model on its vendor website (ASUS, MSI, etc.), check for Drivers/BIOS page and proceed as instructed.

FYI the common workaround with executable compatibility mode will not stop the CPU drom degrading further so it is not recommended to use this one.

If you use Steelseries Sonar, try to close the program. Without that my game is stabil and working fine.
Yes it's a pre-build PC... Thanks for your help

Not valid for me
I'm experiencing the same issue on that map, but only when I reach two very specific areas. I've even had two blue screens... Hopefully they'll release a patch soon.

I got a workaround for the constant crashing of the Unreal Engine.

1. Open Steam and get it "Offline Mode"
2. Navigate to C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Local\Commandos
(make sure the hidden files are visible)
3. Delete the directory called "Saved"
4. Play the game and make a save.
5. Get Steam "Online" and tell Steam to use the local file to be uploaded to the cloud.

ps. I lost my saves but at least the game is fuctioning properly again. Before that was
unplayable. (Maybe if you delete everything except the actual savegames you can still
continue your game. I deleted everything to be sure).

Hope to help, cheers.
