If the World were a Village (Set off a Global Alarm during every Operation at least once)

Can I load a save after setting off the alarm or do I need to finish the mission so the stats show "Global Alarm Count: 1"?

Also, how can to get a global alarm in the first mission? I can only get area alarms in this one.

Knock Them Out With Kindness (Complete all Operations without killing any German Enemies)

There doesn't seem to be a way progress in the third mission without shooting the first sniper, or am I missing something?

You have to finish the first mission with a global alarm count of 1.

This map is excluded from the achievement.

No worries. That sniper kill is not counted in the achievement.

Could you maybe change the descriptions to be clearer? Something like:

Complete every Operation with at least one global alarm (excluding 'Operation Daybreak')
Complete all Operations without killing any German Enemies (mandatory targets don't count)
