i hope that the game has enough missions, types of mission and replayability to justify the price tag

ps. i am still unhappy about those white path markers and circle .. hoping that there is an option to turn it off

Im honest. Last time i played Commandos was when the first game was released.
I came here as i heard a new one was coming out and i wanted to play it.
But the trailer does an incredibly bad job at selling this game, as the animations look ridiculous and bad, the graphics are washed out and unsharp, also pretty cartoonish and the voiceover sounded .... not bad but not good either.

As of now, its a "wait for sale" game to me and i will rather take a look at remakes of the old ones.

RTT is a niche genre hence the high price, hardcore fans will probably get this day one on PC
Edit: I saw it had a grant also from the German government, they might be a bit greedy with their pricing in this case.

Thats like 10$. You can't seriously believe it would have been 10$ at launch? Buy it at 20% off then, if 40$ is ok for you

As I predicted they added 10% discount for pre-order.
In my country without discount it costs 2800 rubles, which about 33$ right now.
Well, price not super high, but for tactical game I expected less.
In doubts to pre-order now or wait some months for bigger discount

I'll probably pre-order normal version, price is affordable and I wanna support devs a bit.

Ive played the demo. Its not a $50 game.
At launch it should have been $30 max

I'll happily wait for the 80% off Steam sale at christmas.
