These are hard, but should be possible. It helps to get on top of one of the Boppasaurs and crouch to get the best angle without losing visibility.
Interrupted Cockatune can be taken in a secret area near the Grove Entrance where a Cockatune is preparing for a performance. Jo'keel's flip is in a small crater behind the Winding Gully - look for red fireflies. Flying Beatos are above the Archivist.

Yes. There's a solo training Crockasnap on a hill above the gardeners in the gully.
The game doesn't really score Japley's and Alekon's photos, although you do get a guaranteed 10 glimmers from the former in the intro. We'll make them appear as perfect in the one place that shows them, the in-level pose menu during the ending.
