How does it end? quest (minor spoilers)

There's a quest 'how does it end?' where you're supposed to delievered a hot meal to an artist to hear the end of a sonnet (or a song). However the npc doesn't accept any type of food - do i need to deliver him some specific item or it's a bug?

apparently according to internet you can get turkey from an inn? idk where that is but will try to remember to let you know if it works
