Changing graphics settings is badly broken

I went into graphics settings, changed to 1440x900, borderless window, hit Apply, and ended up with a narrow horizontal strip of graphics across the center of the screen. I tabbed out of the game and closed it remotely, then restarted the game. It started up with the same horizontal line. Please fix this.

Also, you should have a 10-second timeout on applying graphics changes, saying something like "Do you accept the graphics changes? Yes | No" and if they don't click Yes in 10 seconds you revert the changes. Please add this as well if you can.

If this happens to anyone else, to fix it:
run "regedit"
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\RukisProductions
Delete "Paradaice DEMO" key
Game should start normally after this.
