Move a group of pieces

Is there a way to move a group of pieces together?
Also, is there a way to change the color of the background?

Not sure if you can move pieces in a group. But if you want to change the background colour of the mat itself, then click on settings and you will find a list of colour options. But if you want to change the colour of the table that the mat is sitting on, then no there is no option to do so.

You can now change the color of the table under Settings, as well as the color of the mat.

Also, you can move a group of pieces using the "selection" mode. Press on the icon that looks like an arrow drawing a box, at the top of the screen. Then you can draw out a box to select all the pieces within it, and move those selected pieces as a group.
