having a problem fetching data

as the title say, everytime i start the game i get an infinite loading with the error "having a problem fetching data".
I already tried to start the game as administrator and the steam repair.

Same here, it was working just fine up until now. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no dice

I wish we could download some puzzles to do without internet access. That would be a great improvement.

SOLUTION:
Properties -> Start Options -> -nocache
