What does it mean to "unlock" a custom puzzle? I spend a dollar and then what? I can make it a 2000 piece puzzle then? Do I have to spend $1 for every different size? Will this affect all custom puzzles or only this one? Who knows? Nothing is explained, just a picture of a green puzzle piece that says $0.99 next to it. The news updates claim there are all kinds of different (contradictory) deals available but it doesn't explain how to buy any of them or how much they cost.

What about adding more custom puzzles? There is no evident way to do it. I'm stuck with 4 free ones but I can't get any more.

I want to just be able to build my own library of custom puzzles without worrying how many I have, and be able to play them at whatever size I want. I don't want to freakin spend $20 every time I add more, I don't want to have to spend an additional $1 on every new one to "unlock" it again, and I don't want to have to delete ones I already have. Just let me build a library and decide for myself how many I want to make. You used to offer this as a subscription service so I know the functionality exists.

I want to buy your game at a reasonable price, but leaving everything open-ended and hoping I'll spend more and more is not making me feel valued as a customer.

I already own Tabletop Simulator, that whole game costs less than a couple puzzle packs and has a million other options. I'll just learn how to make custom puzzles in that for free, it can't be that hard and I won't be nickel and dimed to death.

When you unlock a puzzle (custom or regular) you can then make it with up to 2000 pieces, as many times as you'd like, as many different sizes as you'd like. I will add an entry in the Guide to explain this.

You can have up to 4 free (locked) custom puzzles at one time. To add more, free up a slot by deleting one of the old ones (hit its X).
