Log file and crash dump files are located in My Documents folder. Please provide more details, even without these files. Better using support widget from our web site https://hudsight.com

It doesn't show anything over desktop. It draws crosshairs in the games.

More specifically, it draws crosshairs onto the GL or Direct3D overlay. I don't know if it will work on a game that uses only software rendering.

my hudsite is working But the screen that you can change settings on is not coming up so i am stuck with the crosshair that i chose the first time please help (already uninstalled and reinstalled)

Hmm... try this:
1. Close the program (restart windows if you cannot close it)
2. Open folder C:\ProgramData\HudSight (not program files, but program data!)
3. Delete all files here
4. Start the program, all settings will be default and you should see its main window.
