➤ Perform a clean install of the latest version of the program
1. To do this close the program completely and uninstall it. If you cannot remove something, then restart your computer and try again.
2. Then manually delete the settings folder in C:\ProgramData\HudSight (not to be confused with Program Files) and restart your computer!
3. Download, install the latest version and run, then the game and try again.
Please send us (hidsight.com support widget) a new log file HudSight.txt from the Documents folder if problems persist.

finally it worked! thank you very much. i learned that i have to run hudsight before i open my game.
