Any way to hide in OBS or shadowplay?

ShadowPlay captures everything on the screen, so you can't hide it. In OBS you can change the launch order of programs and games, and also disable the checkbox "Capture third-party overlays like Steam" in the properties of the captured game in OBS.

HudSight > OBS > Game.
